The key terms: the Black Label Membership costs $9.95 a month and renews automatically every month on the date you joined, charged to the payment method you used, until you cancel. You can cancel any time by signing in to My Account and clicking Cancel membership, or by emailing hello@blacklabelfragrance.com. Cancelling stops future charges; your discount stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
1. What you get
While your membership is active, you get 40% off the regular price of every fragrance oil, on every order. There is no minimum purchase. The member discount cannot be combined with coupon codes and does not apply to shipping or to the membership fee.
2. Joining
You join by buying the membership at checkout and ticking the box to agree to these terms and to automatic renewal. We email you a confirmation with these key terms, the price, the renewal date and how to cancel.
3. Billing and renewal
We charge $9.95 when you join and then every month on the same date (or the closest date in shorter months), plus any tax that applies. Charges appear on your statement as WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will email you and try the charge again one day later. If that also fails, your membership ends and the member discount stops; you can rejoin at any time.
5. How to cancel
Cancel online by signing in to My Account and clicking Cancel membership, at any time and without contacting us, or email hello@blacklabelfragrance.com from the address on your account with the subject “Cancel membership”. We confirm every cancellation by email. A cancellation made at least one day before your renewal date stops that renewal.
6. After you cancel
No further charges are made. Your member discount continues until the end of the month you have already paid for, then stops. The current month’s fee is not refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error. 7-day courtesy refund: if you cancel within 7 days of first joining and have not placed an order at the member price, we refund your first membership fee in full.
7. Price changes
If the membership price changes, we will email you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price applies, with instructions to cancel. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
8. Yearly reminder
Once a year we email active members a reminder of the membership, its price and billing frequency, and how to cancel.
9. Our right to end or change the program
We may end the membership program, or end a membership that is used fraudulently or against these terms. If we end it for reasons other than misuse, we refund the unused part of the current month. We may change the benefits with at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you can cancel before the change applies.
10. Records
We keep a record of your agreement to these terms and of each cancellation for at least 3 years.
