Text messages
- Consent. By ticking “Text me with news and offers” at checkout and giving your number, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Black Label Fragrance, including cart reminders, at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- What you’ll get. News about fragrances, offers and cart reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; we send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more marketing texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@blacklabelfragrance.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy. We use your number only for the messages you agreed to. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
- Changes. If we change the kind of messages we send, we will update these terms first.
- Order emails (confirmation, shipping, cancellation, refund, membership billing) are sent for every order and cannot be switched off while you have an open order or membership.
- Marketing emails are sent only if you tick “Email me with news and offers” or sign up on the Site, and we confirm your sign-up by email (double opt-in).
- Every marketing email shows our postal address and an unsubscribe link. We honour unsubscribes immediately, and always within 10 business days.
- If you give us your email at checkout and leave without finishing, we may send up to two reminders about that checkout. Each one has an unsubscribe link.
