1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only.
2. Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees.
3. Shipping rates
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. How fragrance oils ship
Fragrance oils are regulated for transport, so we ship them by ground service and cannot offer air or express shipping.
5. Tracking
We do not currently provide tracking numbers. If your order has not arrived 12 business days after you placed it, email us and we will look into it (see Lost or late parcels in our Refund and Returns Policy).
6. Delays
If we cannot ship your order within the processing time above, we will email you with a new estimated ship date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If the delay is more than 30 days past our original estimate, we will cancel your order and refund you unless you confirm you still want it.
7. Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can correct it before the order ships. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it once you confirm the address and pay the new shipping charge, or refund the product price.
8. Damaged, leaking, lost or late parcels
Covered by our arrival guarantee in the Refund and Returns Policy: tell us within 7 days of delivery for damaged, leaking or wrong items, or as described there for lost or late parcels.
