1. Who we are
blacklabelfragrance.com (the “Site”) is operated by Wholesale Distributor, doing business as Black Label Fragrance (“Black Label”, “we”, “us”). Address: 2612 Howard Loop, Salado, TX 76571, United States. Email: hello@blacklabelfragrance.com.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: the Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Membership Terms and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We sell to customers with delivery addresses in the United States only. You may check out as a guest. If you create an account, keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Our products
We sell fragrance oils for makers of candles, soap and home fragrance, in Oil-Soluble and Water-Compatible versions and in sizes from 1 oz to 32 oz. Our oils are ingredients, not finished consumer products.
- Follow the usage information and the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each oil. SDSs are available on request at hello@blacklabelfragrance.com where we hold one.
- Test every oil in your own recipe and container before you make a full batch. Results depend on your base, wax, load, temperature and method.
- We do not represent that any oil is suitable for use on skin, in cosmetics, in food or in any product beyond those stated on its product page.
- You are responsible for the products you make and sell, including their labelling, safety warnings and compliance with the laws and industry standards that apply to them.
- Scent names and descriptions describe our own fragrances. They are not claims about any other brand’s product. Colors and photos are for illustration; oils may vary slightly in color between batches.

5. Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it. If a price or product detail is listed in error, we may cancel any order placed at the wrong price and refund you in full, even after we have confirmed it.
6. Payment
Payment is taken when you place your order, through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
7. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We send an order confirmation when we receive it, and we accept the order when we ship it. We may refuse, limit or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, or an item we cannot supply. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.
8. Discounts and promotions
Coupon codes and promotions are subject to the terms shown with them. Unless those terms say otherwise: one code per order; codes have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or applied to past orders, and may end at any time; and we may cancel orders that use a code obtained or used against its terms.
9. Membership
The Black Label Membership is a paid monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. Its price, benefits, renewal and cancellation are set out in the Membership Terms and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.
10. Shipping, title and risk
Delivery times, rates and restrictions are in the Shipping Policy. Title to the products and the risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers them to your shipping address.
11. Returns and refunds
Returns, refunds and our arrival guarantee are covered by the Refund and Returns Policy. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are resolved faster that way.
12. Reviews and content you send us
If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and adapt it in connection with our store and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading or off-topic.
13. Our intellectual property
The Black Label Fragrance name and logo, fragrance names, product descriptions, photographs, and the design and content of the Site belong to us or our licensors. You may use our product names and photos to describe our oils as an ingredient in your products. You may not otherwise copy them for commercial use, or present your products as made or endorsed by us, without our written permission.
14. Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including: placing fraudulent orders; testing payment cards; scraping or copying the Site by automated means; interfering with its security or operation; or using it for anything unlawful.
15. Disclaimer
Apart from the commitments in our policies, the Site and our products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. We do not warrant how an oil will perform in your product (for example its scent throw, discoloration or stability).
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost materials or batches, or claims made against you by your own customers. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnity
If you buy for a business, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from products you make or sell using our oils, or from your breach of these Terms, except where the claim is caused by our own breach.
18. Disputes
Please contact us first; we will try to resolve any problem informally within 30 days. If that fails, either party may bring a claim in a small claims court with jurisdiction, or otherwise in the state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
20. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, supplier shortages or outages.
21. Electronic communications
You agree to receive order, account and policy communications from us electronically.
22. General
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to a successor business. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site and your orders.
23. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version on the Site when you place an order applies to that order. We show the date of the latest update at the top.
